    Returns

    We want you to love your Mirumi. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items marked as final sale
    • Gift cards
    • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

    Return Process

    To initiate a return, please contact us at:

    Include:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

    If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

    Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

    If approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

    Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at the email above.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    2. Contact your credit card company
    3. Contact your bank
