Does Mirumi react to sound?
It can hear sounds, but its reaction depends on its mood. If it notices you calling out, it might turn its face toward you.

Does Mirumi understand words?
No, Mirumi is not equipped with a language recognition feature. While it doesn't understand words, it reacts to sounds and voices in its own whimsical way by moving its face. We hope you enjoy your adventures with the curious Mirumi!
What is the recommended age?
Mirumi is designed for users aged 15 and above. This product is not intended for use as a toy for young children. To ensure safety, please do not allow small children to use it unattended, and always ensure they are under proper adult supervision.
What is the outer material?
We use faux fur made in Japan.

Is it waterproof?
This product is not waterproof. To avoid damage, please do not touch it with wet hands or expose it to rain or moisture.If it gets slightly damp, wipe it gently with a dry cloth and let it air dry.
How should I care for it?
If it gets dirty, gently wipe it with a well-wrung damp cloth, then groom the fur with a brush. Please note that this product is not washable and the fur cover is not removable. Regular brushing will help keep its fur soft and fluffy.
What is the power source?
Mirumi is powered by a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery. To charge, insert a USB-A to USB-C cable into the charging port on the back of the device.
Is a power adapter included?
No, a power adapter is not included with mirumi. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included in the box. Please use a USB-A power adapter that complies with the safety standards of your region (Recommended output: 5V/1A or higher).
Can I take Mirumi with me on an airplane?
Yes, you can. Since it contains a built-in lithium-polymer battery, please keep it in your carry-on baggage and do not put it in your checked luggage.
What is the operating temperature range?
Operating environment: 0 to 45°C (32 to 113°F).
Please avoid using or leaving it in direct sunlight or in hot and humid environments, such as inside a vehicle.
Can I use both USB Type-C to Type-C and Type-C to Type-A cables?
Yes, it is possible. Please connect it to a charger rated at 5V.
Please use a current of 1A or higher.
What are the charging and operating times?
A full charge takes approximately 2 hours, providing about 8 hours of use.
Is it equipped with AI?
No, it is not equipped with AI.
What thickness of bag strap can it be attached to?
Recommended strap diameter: Approx. 10–15 mm.Please avoid attaching Mirumi to straps that are excessively thin or thick. Doing so may result in the device falling off or becoming damaged.

How to use
How do I attach it to my bag?
To attach it to a bag, open Mirumi's arms and place the arms around the bag's strap so the strap passes through them. Please note that if Mirumi tilts or tips over sideways, the strap may easily slip out from between the arms.

It moves a lot even in quiet places or when not being petted.
Please try restarting it once. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
It doesn't react when petted.
Please try leaving Mirumi alone for a few minutes before petting it again. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support.

What do the LED lights mean?
- Solid Red: Charging
- Solid Green: Fully charged
- Both Red and Green flash 1 to 3 times: Low or High-temperature error
If the LEDs continue to flash or if you notice any pattern not listed above, please contact our Customer Support.
It doesn't turn on when I press the power button.
Please press and hold the button to power it on.
The instruction manual is missing.
You can find it at the bottom of the box, underneath Mirumi's base.
It makes a loud buzzing noise.
Please turn off the power and leave Mirumi for a few hours before restarting it. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support.
It keeps falling off the bag.
Please check the orientation of the arms when attaching it. Make sure Mirumi's left arm is on top and its right arm is on the bottom. If it is tilted or sideways, it may fall off more easily.

It makes a "clicking" or "scratching" noise from its neck.
This is the safety mechanism in action. Please check if Mirumi's movement is being obstructed—for example, if it is hitting a bag strap or is placed in a tight space.If you hear a noise that is different from the one in the reference video, please contact our Customer Support.

The head came off.
Please align the tabs and slots, then snap the head back into place.
The arms won't open.
The arms are made of a flexible, elastic material. Please refer to the video and gently pull the arms outward to open them. It may feel a bit firm at first, but you can safely open them by following the video.

It only reacts on one side when I speak to it.
If Mirumi still only reacts on one side even when spoken to from both sides in a quiet environment, it may indicate a defect or a malfunction. Please contact our Customer Support.
It doesn't react as much as I expected.
Please wait a few seconds between interactions. Try speaking to Mirumi or petting its head, then wait a moment to see how it reacts.
